基礎看護学領域
基礎看護学とは
基礎看護学領域は、看護職を目指す学生が最初に学ぶ中核的な科目群で、看護の実践に必要な基本的知識・ 技術・態度を体系的に学ぶための分野である。看護学および看護実践の基盤となる看護理論、アートでありサイエンスである看護ケアの開発や根拠の証明、看護実践の基礎としての人間関係、看護ケアと看護サービスの管理など、教育・研究に取り組んでいる。主な研究テーマは以下のとおりである。
- 看護ケアの開発やエビデンスに関する研究
- 看護教育方法や評価に関する研究
- 看護におけるチーム研究およびチームに基づく能力開発に関する研究
- 看護職のキャリア開発に関する研究
Fundamental Nursing comprises a core group of subjects that nursing students first encounter in their studies. It is designed to provide a systematic understanding of the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for nursing practice. This field addresses the foundations of nursing theory, which underpins both nursing science and practice. It also explores the development and validation of nursing care—recognized as both an art and a science—as well as the fundamentals of interpersonal relationships in nursing practice. Furthermore, it engages in education and research related to the management of nursing care and nursing services. The main research themes in this field include:
- Research on the development of nursing care and its evidence base
- Research on nursing education methods and evaluation
- Research on teamwork in nursing and competency development based on team-based approaches
- Research on career development for nursing professionals
